Every game, its own YouTube live stream, automatically
Connect your YouTube channel once. ScoreTrack Live creates a titled live event for every game on your schedule, takes it live when that game starts on its court, and ends it after the final.
The problem it solves
Streaming one game is easy. Streaming a tournament, three courts from breakfast to the last game at night, means someone creating, titling, starting and ending dozens of YouTube events, on time, while games run late and change courts. Or it means one twelve-hour video per court that nobody can find a game in.
How it works
- One stream key per court. Your camera crew sets up the encoder (OBS, vMix or a hardware encoder) once per court and leaves it running all day.
- One event per game. As soon as a game is scheduled, it gets a YouTube live event with a clear title, for example (3) Hillel Heat vs (8) TABC Storm · Tier I National Championship · 2026 Memphis Invitational.
- Live when the game is. When the scorer picks the court and starts the game, the event takes over that court's video and goes live. If the schedule slips, it waits.
- Over when it's over. A few minutes after the final, the event ends and becomes a normal video on your channel, and the next game takes the court.
- Linked everywhere. Each video's description links to the game's box score, and the game page on your website embeds the video.
Built for real tournaments
- Start early: start a stream for warm-ups or a ceremony from the game list, or keep it on after the final for the trophy presentation
- A safety net: if video arrives on a court before its game starts, a stand-in "Court 1 · Live" event goes live so fans never miss anything
- Title changes to teams, seeds, rounds or times update the YouTube event automatically
- Your privacy settings: public, unlisted or private, and made-for-kids where needed
- A channel per league: each league can stream to its own YouTube channel
What you still provide
ScoreTrack Live doesn't record video. You bring a camera and an encoder for each court you stream, and an internet connection that can carry it. Add the live scorebug to that encoder and every stream shows the score too.
